The hotel was in a good location with both the metro and train within 15 mins walk. The hotel itself was disappointing, it is very tired and the rooms are in need of renovation. The carpets everywhere are fraying. The toilet in our room was leaking and had been for some time. The taps had rust on them and the shower either scolded you or froze you! There was a bar downstairs but it was never open even though it was the F1 Monza GP and they were busy. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that served drinks as well as meals but the selection was mainly cold platters with a couple of pasta dishes. Having said all this the staff were very friendly and did the best they could with the facilities they were given.

Very friendly helpful staff . The hotel was lovely but a bit tired in a couple of areas . The station was 15 minutes walk away which we used to attend Monza GP .Breakfast was excellent.

Dear Sir or Madam, Honestly, I come to this hotel several times because it is conveniently located near the Sesto San Giovanni Municipality. However, during my stays, I have repeatedly experienced maintenance and service issues. On a previous visit, there was a problem with the air conditioning, and another time the window would not close properly all night. During my most recent stay, the shower in the bathroom did not work at all. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of support from the reception staff. There always seems to be only one person at reception, and they often appear stressed and unresponsive. In addition, there seems to be only one maintenance person available, and they are very difficult to find when needed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both the maintenance service and customer support, because the hotel’s location is very convenient and I would prefer to continue staying there in the future. Really lovely hotel within walking distance of a metro. Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel. I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove. Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again

Everything was okay, but hotel is generally a bit dated and not worthy of being 4 star - very little amenities provided in the room, no kettle for teas/coffee, no water either. Wifi exists, but no point connecting to it as the strength is simply abysmal. Very limited breakfast options as well.
