"The hotel was very clean and the complementary shuttle that takes you to the airport and the basilica was very convenient. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have was towards one staff member who works in reception who refused to provide a disposable fork and then later decided to charge me for one after I brought up the idea about getting one from the breakfast buffet area. "

"Lovely Hotel, the hotel staff were friendly, there was a gap in communication, but they still managed to help us thankfully. Room was very clean. The location was perfect for us. Lots of things we could walk to. At first I wasn’t sure about the area , but I felt very safe walking, even at 4 am. Enjoyed our stay!! "

"Communication with hotel prior to, and upon arrival was excellent. Front desk staff, in particular, Minu, were excellent. Room was very clean & comfortable. Gabi, cleaned the room wonderfully. We found the restaurant to be of better value than the buffet and food was very good there. Location is great and we felt safe in the area despite there being homeless people around. Heavy & visible police presence nearby. Protests in main square but peaceful. The hotel is overall very good value & we are glad we chose it vs well known chain hotels. "
