"Both the evening check in desk person and the morning check out person were friendly and personable. Both took the time to point out the breakfast area even though it was in plain sight. We plan to stay there next summer when attending the conference we were at this year. Signage was excellent from the highway."

"Fabulous resort, will return. The only downside was that there was a couple of strains of hair in the tub, and the grout was dark, so a remodel of the bath was needed to keep up with the fabulous room and property. Would give it a 4.75 out of 5. We went with our dog and everyone couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this resort to all."

"We spent a weekend in Buckcannon for a wedding. We were amazed at the excellent and prompt service we got from every employee we interacted with. They ALL went over and above.. They definitely worked together like a team. We have stayed at 5 star resorts and never had customer service like this. The rooms were very clean and we loved that it was pet friendly also. A very positive experience all around."
