"We arrived at the airport around 11:30pm, by the time we went through customs and baggage claim it was midnight. We were tired after a full day of traveling. We walked a short distance to a pick up location, waited maybe 10 minutes for our complementary shuttle and arrived at the hotel. Check in was fast, easy, and the receptionist was very friendly. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast which included some fresh local fruits. Raul (the breakfast buffet attendant) made us feel like we were VIPs and even offered some very helpful information on where my travel companion could get help for an ear ache. Loved my experience at this hotel, I would recommend this place to anyone whether it be for an overnight stay or a longer visit."
