"First of all I am not happy with hotels.com because I asked for hotel in Torrey. I didn’t realize the hotel was 18 miles away. That should have been said. Next I did not like that there wasn’t staff on sight. Key pads to get in doors didn’t work properly I didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator and we were on 2nd floor. No directions for air conditioning or the 1 cup coffee maker. They might as well have not had tv because reception was poor and made impossible to watch. Not happy with the whole situation and can’t understand why so many people gave scores of 10"
"The hotel is old and the entry doors are sketchy. The laundry room is nice. For the price I guess it will do. The restaurant next door is fantastic. If you can afford it upgrade to another hotel I would."
"The room was very clean except for some black spots on the wall above the shower enclosure. The property manager Jamal Banks was friendly, informative, and efficient. Beds and pillows were very comfortable."
