"Everything was great "

"Breakfast doesnt come with the stay but they have a ittle breakfast and deli. The food is fresh and delicious. You can get a boxed lunch to take with you. Great for hiking. We had the suite. Its like having an apartment. Five woman plenty of room and a deck in the sunshine overlooking the pool and mountains. The lodge met all our needs"

"The sheets were dingy not white. Did now learn where the breakfast was or times. Heavy accent on clerk-hard to understand. Side door was held open with a rock. Lots of cigarettes around the doorway area. Will not stay again."

"When I first checked in there were facial hairs (I think) all over the sink. First night my heater kicked on at 1:30 am and sounded like a semi starting. The next day I went to report it and get an extra room key but no one was at the front desk until after noon. The second day I needed some coffee for my room but again, at 7:00 pm, no one at the desk or available. The staff that I did speak with was nice enough. All of the issues I had seemed to be poor management. Proper staffing and quality control processes would have made the stay much better. "
