"Parking was a complete mess. Called ahead to make sure they had parking onsite for a truck and trailer. Staff said absolutely. Arrived and it was not the case. We were told we needed to find our own they had no way to assist. First time in Nashville so this was an undertaking. Morning staff working the front desk at 6am when spoke to politely asking a question about coffee ignored me at first then as I walked around to get her attention found that she had ear buds in watching something on her phone. When she noticed me she acted perturbed and when asked if there was creamer or additional coffee instead of standing up to assist she said no when in fact it was sitting on the bar right behind her. Not happy with this stay at all. "

"The staff was very kind and professional. The room was very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Everything I needed in the room plenty of towels and toiletries. Will definitely stay again! Breakfast was also delicious. Plenty of options."

"This review is specifically about the staff working valet parking morning of Sunday 5/17/2026. He had a very bad attitude and I seriously recommend some customer service training for him. I misplaced the valet ticket given to me the night before, in spite of the fact that my jeep was parked right in front of the hotel he refused to give me my keys. My last name and my room number was written on the tag on the keys but he just refused to open the key cabinet to look for my keys. He kept asking me over and over what my tag number was and I kept telling him that I did not know what it was so he simply said he couldn't help me. What was I supposed to do? Leave my car there and walk home? Very poor management. Will never stay there again."

"My go to hotel. The exact definition of “not a hair out of place.” Staff is A1, prices are A1, the bar is so convenient, the breakfast is great. Rooms are clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Centrally located and quiet as well."

"Our room was directly next to the elevators and it was very noisy all night long. The AC would not go below a certain temperature and it was very warm in the room all night no matter how low the temperature was placed. The room was very small and did not provide a lot of comfort. "
