"It’s a nice historic hotel, but the carpets have got to go. Dirty stained floors are not my thing. Do partial carpet near the bed and the rest should be vinyl or tile. Otherwise, staff was nice and helpful and quick to assist."

"The hotel was very nice. The 29th floor bar was cozy and provided a great atmosphere overlooking the streets of Chicago. The room was spacious enough. I loved the wall art and the wall mural behind the bed. I love it had a microwave!! I like the room had a sitting area where you could dress or visitors could sit. Although when I first walked around the room, the bathroom had few hairs on the sink and there was no liquid soap but it had a small bar soap. It was also weird to have a few stairs in the room to get down to the bed area. As a solo traveler, I didn't like that my room was a corner room. I am not sure if that is the standard for this hotel when booked as a individual stay or booked through hotels.com."

"We went for a last minute trip. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and absolutely love it. The front staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a place for you to fill your water bottles and get delicious coffee. There are plenty of places near the hotel to eat. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but I don’t prefer it. The service is sub par and the meal is not as exquisite as what you can find around the hotel. There is valet parking and the team out there has always been amazing.All in all, great place to stay. Oh, and your fur baby is welcome."

"No parking. Valet only $50. Lobby nice room decent but old and plain looking. But it was decent enough but wouldn’t stay again especially for the price. Prefer Westin Downtown Dallas for the extra $100 with parking and a lot nicer room, bigger and environment much impressive than this."

"The staff is so friendly. The location is amazing. I wish the coffee was 24:7 maybe it was just like an off day or so. It was just empty a few times but I sleep in. I loved this place"
Bourbon Orleans Hotel

"The room was extremely clean and majority of staff ie concierge, front desk, restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside staff gave us wrong directions to our tour bus pick up located at River front which made us 15 minutes late (2 minutes from getting left behind) and a loss of $200.00. It is best to not say anything than give misinformation. Our first night we experienced cold water for shower but that was rectified by the following morning. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. Over all we had a great experience and would consider staying at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel again."
