"The room was great but very small luggage went under bed that you had to pull out everyday that is our only problem with the hotel we asked if we could pay for an upgrade and told all the rooms are the same which was upsetting but overall the property was very clean"

"The onsen and pool definitely cost an extra $20 or so per person per day. I saw this in a couple of reviews and thought perhaps it only applies to them but I was mistaken The breakfast on the 33rd floor was really nice and the staff delightful I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel"

"Amazing location just within a few minutes walk to Ginza. The 7-11 is right next door, super convenient. Water refill stations on each floor is a nice touch as was the all in one laundry machines so don't overpack! Highly recommend Remm Kyobashi and would stay there again in a heartbeat,"
