"We are returning customers to the Royal Park Shiodome Hotel. Our stays were always welcoming and location is in the middle point of what we like to do in Tokyo. On our recent stay, however, we were met with a foul smell everytime we flushed the toliet. After a couple uses the smell will subside, but then returns the next day when we use the toliet again. I was quite surprised at this. Everything else about the hotel was great. The staff, the facilities and the location is in short walking distance to the subway, bakeries and shops underground as well as on the upper street."
