"The location was definitely a plus — close to the train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived early. However, the check-in staff were unfriendly, which left a negative first impression.
The apartment was advertised as having a kitchen, but it was poorly equipped — no pan, no spatula, and generally lacking basic essentials. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the table and chairs were wobbly, making it hard to relax. Overall, while the location was great, the comfort and service left a lot to be desired."
