"I had only one problem. I blame the front desk. I was put on a floor for two nights with young kids all on my floor. I was awakened both days at 6 am. All heard was room doors opening and slamming shut. I heard the kids adult supervisor knocking on almost every door on the floor, saying what I thought was security. I thought we were being evacuated. We weren't I figured out she was telling these kids to go get on the bus. Why would the front desk put me on such a floor??? The hotel was not busy and I stay there a lot. My stay certainly was not restful. I had to go home to get sleep. Their needed to be more common sense from the front desk person. All I have to say is come on man or woman in this case. Might have to look for a different hotel.
