Central Phoenix hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Check in was quick, room was clean, bed comfortable, close to public transportation rail line."

"I would ask for a room away from the alley as the garbage trucks woke us up a few times. Staff are tremendous! Breakfast is free and very good. New a/c units in the rooms were much quieter than last year. Nice bathroom products too. Pillows were various in type and really good. We asked for a late checkout and they accommodated us with storing our luggage, letting us get it out back and forth to repack etc. They even let us take a shower in our room after checking out as our convention activity ran late."

"The room was good and the staff was great. The food in the restaurant was okay. My burger was dry but it was kind of expected in a lobby restaurant. The area was great and we might come back just to stay here and wander the downtown area. I would highly recommend this spot if you want a hotel that feels high end with reasonable prices. "
