"This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "

"OMG this is the best place I've ever stayed at in Pattaya and I have stayed at some amazing places. Super nice helpful staff and friendly. The breakfast is so delicious with a huge variety of food. I even tried the room service which way great. There are 2 different pools to enjoy with sun or shade seats. The bar and resto at the main (big) pool but still serve to the smaller pool.
