"We loved our stay! Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in the middle of everything but felt private and secluded. The availability of bicycles was an added surprise. The margarita pizza and included continental breakfast were both wonderful. Thank you, we will be back."

"The staff was the only acceptable part of our stay. The property is extremely outdated and poorly maintained, almost felt like a motel. Our first room wasn’t cleaned properly and the a/c didn’t work right and our second room had MULTIPLE bugs and my wife broke out into hives after sitting on the desk chair. Definitely not a Marriott hotel experience."

"Personally coming from Vegas and expecting good hospitality this hotel wasn’t it. Our room had dirty ceilings, shower and toilet got clogged few times, the towel had a black hair in it (were blonde), the umbrella for the beach was NOT included with our hotel booking but every other hotel had complimentary umbrellas for their guests. No breakfast included, we asked for our room to be cleaned every day and we turned the light on for it but out of 5 days it was only cleaned twice. I will say the front desk especially Andrej was extremely helpful, can’t say the same for the rest."

"We stayed this past April, the resort is really nice, clean annd wonderful amenitis! The food was delicious, lots to choose from and a really nice bar outside with amazing drinks! Chairs and umbrellas were free of charge if you were staying at both the pools and beaches which was a huge plus! Definitely kid/family friendly but also nice for adults too! I really wish there was a hot tub, we had some cooler days and that would have been nice since the pool and beach were too cold to go in, but the pools and beaches we wonderful when it was warm weather! Next time we will skip out on the rental, parking was not easy to do, where we had to cross a main street each time which was dangerous and inconvenient for us. Other than that great food, great views and all staff were super helpful and extremely nice! I highly recommend staying at the Beachcomber! We will definitely be coming back soon!"

"This is the 4th year my spouse and I have visited. We love location (2.5 miles from local idiots at Beachplace area hotels), beach access, and spacious suites. Over time, we dine there less and less. Prices are high, and the quality of the food doesn't support the price. One thing I noticed on this trip was tighter control on towels and pool area seats. I asked for that because last year it seemed like a third to half of people occupying pool area seats were not staying at the hotel. They bragged and laughed about it. This time, the paying guests and their families could get seats this time. I appreciate the actions taken. Less positive - improved elevator service has been promised for at least 4 years. One guest elevator was out of service for our entire, 4 night stay. I have to give that a "Really?" Notes for first time guests - When adjusting lights and fans, it's not you. I think that's how those appliances are configured in Scandanavia. Also, consider using bath clogs. The walls, flooring, and soaps in the guest room bathrooms are a recipe for a cracked skull. Love the place. Will come back."

Hilton Boca Raton Suites

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, I really enjoyed the cook to order meals. I didn't like that I called and requested an iron and ironing board and was told by staff that a steamer was in the bathroom under the sink. So they never brought either item to the room. Nor did I like that a ticket was given for complimentary free drinks and was told they had to be alcoholic drinks. No juice was available for the Non drinker. Especially for the price of the room."
