"We booked a suite as a family of 3 but told it wasn't available upon arrival and offered two seperate rooms which we didnt want.We had to stay like this for 2 nights my husband in a room and myself and my daughter in another we insisted we finally get Delux Suite we booked and paid for and got it on the 3rd night as it was Sunday and quiter as weekend was over.We had to then move rooms and were not offered any gesture of goodwill whats so ever.We ended up 2 rooms with one bed in each instead of a 2 room Delux Suite then the inconvenience of moving and were not even offered as much as a drink voucher as compensation.
Extremely bad customer service we will not return."
