"Service was great and the location walking distance to everything downtown. One block from TMU. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet street so you can sleep without noise despite to be in downtown. We park the car on the street with a special permit you issue online with the help of the hotel desk. "

"The hotel and property are dated. I was surprised when I compare to other hotels. I realize a Leaf playoff game was on but 500 for a night was too high given the condition of the hotel. "

"Overall, it was adequate. My room was clean, the bathroom was tidy, and it was an okay place to sleep- very noisy! Glad I brought ear plugs. The fan (AC/ heat) unit didn't light up or work, due to time of year. The staff were very nice. I'm glad of that. The Hotel food was actually decent for being from out of town- expensive, but reliable and didn't get sick from it. Filtered water in the facility was nice. The Pool was nice. decently warm, in swimming condition. The outdoor pool is not open...

"My family only stayed one night and it was very convenient as it was a walkable distance of the CN tower and other attractions. If you are looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is for you. "
