Cons: There was a large bee in my room when I first arrived. Before I went to bed, a silverfish crawled out of the wall. Lots of homeless people in the area due to vicinity to park/homeless shelter. Other tenants were noisy the first night, and its easy to hear them. Fire alarm battery needed replacing the 3rd night. Fire alarm went off in my room on the last day for no reason it seemed. Toilet paper dispenser fell off its fixture when I went to use it. Pros: Staff was polite and quick to address issues. The bathroom was nice. Place looks nice from the outside. Good AC. Bed was comfortable.
