"We had a wonderful experience at the Omni King Edward Hotel! When the front desk associate, Madeleine, learned that we were celebrating our 23rd anniversary, she surprised us with a complimentary upgrade — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is clean, chic, and beautifully maintained, with an elegant atmosphere throughout. The location is perfect — central and convenient for reaching everything we wanted to do. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided to guests. Overall, the service was outstanding, the room was lovely, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. We highly recommend the Omni King Edward Hotel and would absolutely stay again!"
