"Please take the hotel description and discard it. It says Airport Shuttle a rare find, it’s incredibley limited to two runs a day 8:30am and 10:30am, now we know why the hotel never responded to our airport pickup. If you don’t have the shuttle you’re on for a 20.000yen cab to the hotel. The hotel is on a nice beach but it is limited to just that, a nice beach. If you don’t have a car you’re quite literally stuck doing nothing if you want to leave as the location is in no mans land. You can still access the beach and have a great day, just don’t stay here. The hotel is old, don’t expect much from you’re amenities or room, just dated and old with a musty smell, for the price you can book a much better hotel literally anywhere on the island. Breckfast buffet was the highlight We left on day 3 out of 6, the hotel didn’t refund anything, that’s ok! Don’t make the same mistake we did. Stay somewhere better, for the price comparison."

"Staff were great, clean but lots of ants everywhere. The executive lounge is a perk but after the first day, it’s the same items. There also isn’t enough elevators for the amount of rooms. No vending machines on site. The phones have no directory so if you need help and need to call the front desk, you can’t. Horrible."

"This hotel is rude and unhelpful to US military families. Complete discrimination against US citizens. I wish I didn't spend my US dollars at this over priced hotel. Our room was cleaned 1 day out of 5. They charged 5% more at check in then I booked on Hotels.com. Next time we will be staying with a US corporate hotel with better view of the beach and the fireworks."

"This was a beautiful resort! The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully done. Excellent views from any room it seems. The resort restaurant was tasty, we enjoyed breakfast there. There is music in the evenings, which was very fun. The beds were very comfortable- our most comfortable out of 5 hotels in Japan! The in room coffee isn’t fully coffee, so just go to the local Larsons if you need regular coffee in the morning. I would definitely come here again!"
