I came with a group of seven for a work conference and they were extremely organized and made everything so smooth, including some administrative follow up I needed for my company. I booked with breakfast vouchers and it was a generous amount that could also be utilized for breakfast room service which was a great touch."

"Our stay was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room set up worked well for our stay. Parking was easy. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. I selected a stay option that included breakfast so we ate at the restaurant and our food was good. The options were better than the standard hotel breakfast options and we were able to pick whatever we wanted from the menu. I don't think I've ever had such a quiet stay - which was surprising as it's on a busy downtown street. WAY better than our experience at the hotel across the street. The bed was comfortable. We used the skyway to go back and forth to the convention across the street. We will absolutely be back. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"Rooms are nice. Bed was super compfy, as well as the pillows. When we first got to the hotel the checkin lady was short and she made sure to stress that we booked second party, like it was a terrible thing. I compared prices from their sight and expedia.com and there was a significant difference for the same reservation, so i chose Expedia. The breakfast was good. Made to order eggs, any way you like them. There was an extremely LOUD fight in the hallway at 2 a.m. that went on for at least 20 min. Finally staff came up and they stopped fighting for a good 5 minutes before they started in again and i decided to turn my fan on high and try to sleep through it. Parking is EXPENSIVE! $60 per day. Be prepared for that. Ambience was great! Pool is good sized, but we never used it. "

"The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was in such a great accessible area of downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever stay in Minneapolis. I’m even planning my next trip to go back and plan on staying at this hotel."
