Historico Central Hotel

"This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s super cute, the room is a good size, the water pressure was perfect, the shampoo /conditioner/body wash smelled great, the included breakfast was sooooo good, location is so nice a lot it a short walk to the Palacio de Bella’s artes and the Zócalo, also very close to the good churros and a Michelin star taco spot, omg delicious, ALSO they have a coffee shop at the front with everything you might want to drink/eat included with the stay! I love this place very much, will be back. The staff is so so very nice."

"It’s a very cool place to stay, very regal and elegant looking with lots of interesting old museum artifacts from the hotel history really Loved that however the staff really not customer oriented at all! Not rude but just disengaged seems to be just a job, no elegance with the staff not very friendly , one young girl behind the desk more interested in doing her make up on than anything else , food not wonderful Either but cocktails were great!"

"Goo clean room. Only one bad experience with checking in. Flight got delayed and couldn’t make it in the first night. Attempted to contact hotel via phone call and email however never got a response. Front desk did not seem to care when we arrived. Besides that everything else was good and staff attentive."

"Todo fue maravilloso en nuestra estadía en el hotel, desde el recibimiento, llegamos 6 horas antes del check inn y nos ayudaron para entrar antes a la habitación sin ningún problema , igual a la hora del check Out , todo se resolvió sin problema todos los empleados muy serviciales y correctos y atentos , las habitaciones super limpias , cómodas y la ropa de cama y almohadas exelente, el buffet desayuno que ofrecen muy rico , además todos los snaks, bebidas , sodas , café, refrescos, cerveza 🍺 gratis en todo el dia asi como aguas , café, pan , pizza , paninis, molletes etc ! Muy rica comida y la vista del restaurante terraza la mejor 100 de 100 , sin duda volvemos mi esposo y yo y lo recomendamos !"
