"All was taken care of except the hotel refused to give us more purified water that I needed. I was told by the concierge to buy the water if I needed it."

"The room was very clean and housekeeping was well done every day. The availability of bottled water on each floor was much appreciated. Also, the 24 hour cafe was useful when we had an early tour and had to leave before breakfast was available. Staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. Only issue was a protest in the Historic district the day we were to leave and we had to walk 2 blocks with our luggage in order to book an Uber to the airport. If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to bear this in mind - Mexico City has a lot of demonstrations and protests that take place in the Historic district."
