"Unexpectedly nice hotel near the Mexico City airport with a free and frequent airport shuttle. Very modern hotel with large rooms, huge TVs (70 inch), comfortable beds, great showers, electric window blinds, lots of power outlets and...cool configurable mood lighting. It was the perfect place to stay overnight near the airport to get a good shower, great sleep and a stress-free ride to the airport. A great value for the price. Will definitely stay here again."

"Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. We appreciated the fridge on each floor with free water bottles and the endless supply of macintosh apples; the breakfast menu was ok - the great surprise was there was also a dinner menu included! It was minimal but very good! The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive, we loved staying there!"

Also they have taxi serice all the time making it easy to go around . The room were big clean everyday .love it wonderful place . The location of the place is a plus around in the street you will find a mall banks restaurants so its a good choice."

"I will openly admit I chose this hotel purely based on its location, and for the fact that it was in James Bond’s Spectre. It was my first time in Mexico City so I wanted a hotel that was in the historical centre. I literally cannot say enough about the hotel. The room was beautiful (I had a junior suite) overlooking the Zocalo—clean, comfy bed, nice bath amenities, etc. The hotel itself is an icon from another era, with one of four of the largest glass ceilings in the world—absolutely stunning. The rooftop restaurant has spectacular views and a lovely buffet breakfast. However, the most memorable part? The staff. Right from the moment I walked in, I had never felt so at home. Adrian checked me in and was so helpful in booking a tour and offering any help to make my stay the best. Mario, Miguel, and Alejandro were always at the front door ensuring I had my rides in the old elevator (it’s beautiful), and Miguel even walked me 10 minutes to my taxi pick up one morning when the streets were blocked off. It was truly a pleasure to have stayed at this icon of a hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
