"I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest"

The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. "Hostel has great location, couple meters from the beach. There is a small shop on the opposite side of the street, but there is also mercadona, supercor in 10mins walking distance. Hostel has two kitchens (one rooftop, one lounge) and both are well-equipped. There are many showers and toilets available on first floor. Beds are not so comfortable and all common areas are closed between 11pm and 8am. Also there are many outside guests and former guests coming into the hostel at all times which is...
