"The Omni exceeded expectations, largely thanks to its staff — genuinely warm, attentive, and enthusiastic despite how busy the hotel was. That energy carries throughout the property. Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return."
