"Nice clean property. Room was nice. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the stay. Only negative was the text messages the morning of check out. For the first one before 830 AM asking me to check out or state what time I would check out. Got another one an hour later. I don’t need a reminder waking me up that I need to check out."

"Great location right on a cute Main Street of a small town. Can just walk out to many restaurants. Room was spacious. Bathroom really nice. Everything in brand new condition. Only the breakfast was so-so. "

"I stayed 1 night for Binghamton University Homecoming. At first, I was skeptical about the stay before I made the purchase, because it’s rated a 3-Star hotel online, but I have to tell you that it’s more than a 3-star. I am going to rate it a 4+, because my King Size bedroom was so clean, and looked really nice. The air conditioner kept the room cool. There are a bunch of stores for shopping all around and very good restaurant choices. You’ll love it! "

"Property was good, but the pool is located adjacent to the lobby which is kinda weird. Additionally the pool was cloudy, so we were not going in it. That said the room was super clean and the topper was the breakfast! It was a borderline breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. Cudos to whoever runs the breakfast!"
