Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was not “kept” up. Fridge was not staying in place it was missing a leg on on side and every time you opened it , it would move and hit the molding on the side. Carpet was all messed up and room had white paint drops all over the floor. Bathroom was clean enough,but the towels were old and not clean.
Front reception staff ignored me on two separate occasions. The women was on a work phone but making a personal call and completely ignored me at the reception desk. She clearly saw me as I approached her and said excuse me. She was looking straight at me. I realized she was speaking on the phone and moved a little over to give her privacy. The conversation went on for over 5 minutes. Not once at that time she acknowledged me. I needed clean towels as they do not have housekeeping daily, but you have to ask for it. This was on Thursday nights. I was not able to get the towels.next morning after breakfast there was a male staff member . I approached him and asked for clean towels. His response to me was” the housekeeping just took all the towels” . He did not look at me or give me attention at all, he was just looking at the computer screen the whole time. He didn’t offer to help me out or give me a different solution.
Free breakfast was terrible. Eggs were not edible.
The price we paid for this hotel was atrocious! I am very, very displeased and disappointed! A BIG waste of a lot of money. I will reach out to Expedia for further assistance.
