"Als wir angekommen waren, wusste die Dame am Empfang nicht einmal, dass ein Zimmer auf unseren Namen gebucht wurde. Dementsprechend wurde auch kein Zimmer für uns vorbereitet. Nach einem kurzen Hin und Her haben wir ein Zimmer im vierten Stock erhalten (ohne Aufzug). Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer sieht man über alle Stockwerke hinweg Müll, Bettwäsche und anderes Zeug rumliegen. Hygienisch ist es dort keines Falls, wobei die Mitarbeiter*innen den ganzen Tag nur am Handy sitzen und sich scheinbar auch...
