"Really great place! It’s pretty fancy for Des Moines, and the atmosphere was excellent. The only thing that threw me off a bit was seeing a homeless man sleeping next to the broken down elevator and the door to the skywalk. Nothing against him you have to do what you have to do but it was a little unexpected and felt out of place with the upscale atmosphere the building was trying to create. Very clean! The amenities that are available are nice also with a great location"
