"The room was great. The breakfast was good."

"We paid for 5 studio suite rooms, but upon arrival the weather was very bad. A tornado took the power out. Of course there was no blame to the hotel. Our keys would not be able to work and therefore we couldn't check in. We were told by the kind staff on site to contact the managers or to leave my number and they would reimburse us for the rooms. 3 days passed and I did not receive a phone call so I called. I spoke to a very rude manager and was basically treated like I was bothering her with my questions as to how I can go about getting a refund. She obviously didn't know or was having a bad day and took it out on me. No problem... except that you are in the hospitality business and I have a choice where I want to receive that hospitality. Therefore 1 star review and I will contine to file a claim until I receive my money back."

"Overall was a great stay. Was just bummed that we paid like 47$ extra per night for breakfast that ended up being just normal grab and go hotel food. If you purchase breakfast in person it’s $16.95 a person, and 2 of us traveled so I’m not sure why we got charged more. But for the price of everything, I expected the hot tub to be open downstairs (it’s not which is misleading) and breakfast to be much nicer than what it was for what I paid. When checking out I had asked about it and the girl who checked me out wasn’t very helpful and seemed very dismissive of my concerns but oh well. I can’t complain about anything else because everyone was super nice and we didn’t really have any issues, and it was a shirt stay. I would stay here again, I would just not pay for breakfast in advance and just buy there to save money. Only other thing is to try not to drive south west from the hotel, it gets kind of sketchy super quick and didn’t feel too safe."

"Though it was a basic hotel, but the staff was great, breakfast was good, room was well kept and parking spaces was very adequate. I didn't use the amenities but there was a pool and gym. Overall, it was a good experience. Stay was Friday - Sunday."
