"We were very happy to have such a clean room! Also, we were thrilled that pets were accepted. The hotel was not only clean, but it's a beautiful hotel. The antiques and bronze decor was an unexpected surprise. The lobby area very comfortable. I loved the "library" where you could sit and relax while listening to the fountain. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good. Many times the included "breakfast" leaves much to be desired. But this one was well stocked and had a nice variety. There's a sundry area for incidentals, toiletries and snacks. The hotel has a restaurant but we had made other arrangements so I can't comment on that. There's an indoor pool and hot tub plus a gym. I would definitely stay at The Chateau again. In fact, I've already recommended it. "

"Our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there had to ask for towels, but the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and kind and I would stay 100 times over just for that kind of service."

"Everything about this hotel was great, from the staff, to the room attendants, to the great complimentary breakfast. Even when the power was out, not the hotels fault, the whole area arpund the university was out, the staff provided ice water and did the best they could to make us comfortable. The room was clean, bathroom was bery clean and spacious. It is very close to the University and we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Parking is right across the street, very accessible. Will definitely stay here whenever we go to ISU.
