"A member of our family slipped on ice and water by vending area. Had to go to er. Sliced open his ankle. Parking lot was having lines painted and no one told us. At the last minute we were told cars would be towed if we didn’t move them. No notice ??"

"Our stay was great! The hotel was walking distance from almost any store or restaurant you could think of! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Preslee(?) was very accommodating when we were checking in - we asked to all be on the same floor even though we were checking in at different times. Lea(?), the bartender was very friendly and took very good care of us. Absolutely loved being able to get coffee 24/7, and was great that we were able to have food, not just snacks, during the happy hour. Fresh popcorn was a big hit for me."
