"Exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Convenient for buffets, quiet area of Spr9ngfield that I had not stayed in before, will definitely be returning! Breakfast was not hige but very satifying. "

"Toilet stopped working in the morning. 1 man staff at desk was so busy I waited 20 min to try and check out and never did as the line of 4 ahead of me never moved. I had an 8 am meeting and was 30 min late and it eas7 min down the road. "

"Room was clean. Bathroom toilet was child-sized. Not comfortable. Staff, including manager, were extremely rude—during check in process, insisted on making a paper copy of my credit card as “insurance in case you smoke or vape in the room.” They warned me not to vape or smoke in the room as if I were a child. Upon check out I asked for the paper copy of my credit card back—they refused. "

"Breakfast and coffee not available until 7, clearly the hotel had been given a “facelift”, but ceilings, HVAC and stairwells showed it was an old hotel they tried to make nice."
