"Amazing staff!!! Ruth was amazing at check in. The families were nice during breakfast. My son was disappointed the pool was closed but still enjoyed being able to walk around Uptown. A little stretch walking with a toddler to the parking garage due to some drivers just don’t have patience. 10/10 cannot wait to stay again."

"To be honest, this hotel has some character to it, which was nice. The staff was nice and courteous, and tolerant of a traveler who was very tired, and just wanted things to be easy. When I arrive at 10:00 PM, there was literally no restaurants open except for Domino’s Pizza, who wanted to charge me $40 for a large pizza, and deliver it two hours later. In a room that had a jet tub, there were only two towels… The entire room was tile, and there was no TV in the bedroom. I liked the hotel, and the motif of route 66, and if I was in a better mood, I would’ve had a good time there. So part of this problem with me, and part of the problem with the actual property. I would actually stay there again!"
