"It’s a great hotel with prime location for JMU events. I wish they had a more lenient policy with cancellations so that one could pay a bit more and have the right to cancel at some reasonable date. I like staying there but sometimes I need more flexibility, or the student staying there that I”m visiting has their schedule change. "

"Stayed here twice within a week. Both stays were great. I had the same woman at the reception desk both times. She was very nice, welcoming, and the process was quick. Same room both times. No issues. Very clean, plenty of hot water. Was traveling on a motorcycle and was permitted to park the bike under the overhang. That assured a dry bike for my morning ride to SC. I will stay here again."
