"We were given an upgrade (not sure why, but am not complaining), which was very nice. The room was large (a suite) and even had a full-size Washer/Dryer. The bed was pretty comfortable, but we weren't huge fans of the pillows. We didn't have housekeeping for our 3-night stay, but you were encouraged to contact the front desk if you needed anything. I asked for more coffee pods and had them pretty quickly. A few things seemed to be missing that would have been useful for a longer stay, such as pods for the washer, and dish detergent, and dishwasher detergent. We just rinsed our dishes assuming after check-out somebody would wash them... The lobby is beautiful and the bellmen were around and helpful."

"Staff were great. Facility was clean and well kept. Only complaint is the main areas had no air conditioning so it was hotter in there than outdoors. Otherwise, great place and close to the airport and highway."

"The evening reception was great! We got two drinks complimentary with some snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool was clean. Breakfast was great also, but a little tip from me, get your coffee or drink first, because if you get your food first, it will be cold before you get back to your table with your drink."

"There was no mini fridge in the room or spare blankets, even when we asked the front desk. The stay was otherwise pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. Warmth and the ability to do something with your leftovers after a night out in Atlanta count for something, though"

"The hotel had some un addressed issues with water damage leaking in the ceilings in the lobby (water issues seemed to be an issue in the airport shuttle also). Rooms showed signs of wear with peeling wallpaper and the like. The convenience items aren’t stocked well so make sure you packed well for personal items you may need. I will say though things seemed clean and bedding was done nicely. The beds are actually very comfortable, I don’t sleep well while traveling and I bet I got one of the best nights sleep in a long while. Convenience with proximity to the airport and shuttle service every 30 minutes certainly are perks. There is a restaurant on property but it keeps odd hours in my opinion."

"Love the atmosphere. The bar was nice and relaxing with good energy. The only improvement I would suggest is the elevator situation at check-out. Long waits especially being on the 14th floor. Overall, great location. We will be back."
