Central Florida hotel rooms a the Universal Orlando Resort

"Family friendly, clean room, nice staff & bonus they had a washer & dryer in the rooms!"

"The poolside bar was never open in the time i could be there for the day or night, staff was rude and had no concern for my privacy or safety"

"While the stay was pleasant enough, we chose this hotel as it advertised a “pet area” and we brought 2 dogs. The pet area was a slick, uneven path that our dogs struggled to walk up and down on. Not to mention the only actual grassy space for them to use the bathroom was clearly the worker break area and full of food scraps and cigarettes on the ground. Other than that, it was limited spaces of mulch and bushes. It is also advertised online that there is a $50 pet fee that is refundable and upon filling out the form on site we were told it’s a non refundable $75 fee. The hotel was nice enough but I would not recommend people bring their pets here."

"Properties not too bad had we ended up changing rooms because the front of the hotel was very noisy. They were able to accommodate us because it wasn’t so busy. The hotel has definitely been heavily used although the stay was still nice. Everything in the hotel is very expensive. Food quality isn’t the greatest for the prices."

"When we arrive the night of our check-in, there was no water. There was a water leak and so the water was shut off. Our entire state no one cleaned our room. We had to call for service. The main pool water was dirty. The waterpark was the only fun thing for kids to do and the water seemed pretty clean. Overall, service could’ve been better and a lot cleaner."

"Overall had a great experience, enjoyed the fact that a Starbucks was on the property. Along with dining area to purchase food and the shuttles to the park. Only concern was not enough washcloth for the amount of people I reserved for and needed to call each and every time."
