Jupiter Lisboa Hotel – Rooftop & Spa

"The Jupiter Lisboa was a lovely hotel and we stayed 8 nights . The location was fabulous for accessing buses or the metro. We had a room on the 5th Floor and it was functional. Some things to consider would adding more hooks around the room and a table near the exit for small items. The fridge was stocked and we assumed the items inside were for sale but there was no explicit info on costs. It also tied up the very small space in the fridge as well. Housekeeping was inconsistent and I don’t think the floors were washed while we were there specifically the bathroom floor nor were toiletry items replenished. The positives certainly were the rain shower and the spaciousness in the bathroom. Bed linens were lovely but a couple of pillows out of the 5 in the room were lumpy and not great quality. The rooftop pool was a great amenity as well as the spa downstairs, although we used neither. The flavoured water was a terrific option but was depleted late in the afternoon. It is a very low cost service for guests and I would encourage a more consistent replenishment throughout the day into the evening. Despite the detailed feedback which is intended to be constructive, this is a great hotel with a fabulous location if you are looking to be away from the tourist areas but close enough to multiple public transportation options to get you anywhere you like to go. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation."

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was the AC. We could not get it to be cooler than 22 (even with TV controls and wall control) which was frustrating but other than that, excellent hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we return."
