"Great staff. Everyone was very attentive. I wanted to give an extra shout out the wonderful staff assisting with the complimentary breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff helped me find utensils with ease. The cleaning staff in the dining area was also very helpful with my questions. These are hard working and cheerful workers. Great customer service."

"Beautiful property. Great location if visiting Bug sur or Carmel by sea. Staff is amazing. We booked a king with ocean view- huge room with a huge balcony that had it all. Loved the comfort and space.Also, big shout out to Frisco - he helped us in our hour of need. I Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever in the area. "

"The room was a little older but we loved all the space. Everything was in good condition. Huge condo with plenty of space for everyone. This condo had 4 beds up in the loft. Then 2 queens in one bedroom and a king in the 2nd bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Welcome snack and drink coupons were appreciated. Breakfast room and servings are better than the regular continental breakfast in other Inns. 5 min walk to shopping and restaurants. Next to the highway for quick access. Rooms close to the highway have some road noise, but it did not bother during sleeping, maybe due to drop in traffic at night. Property was nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Pool looked small but wasn't crowded. We preferred going to the beach than staying for the pool. "
