Room was huge with great views. Traffic noise a bit of an issue even on the 13th floor. Needs some rough edges in maintenance looking after. Staff were superb and the location is perfect.

Rogner Hotel Tirana
The property listed as 5 star however I would say it is 4 star hotel. Property is dated, staff are reluctant to help and judgemental depending on who is checking in and including spa area. Requires renovation to bring it to 21 century modern status
