Great location, nice clean area. Buildings look aesthetically pleasing and a nice park right opposite to walk in. There are market and money exhange shops on ground floor for convenience, really helps visitors from abroad. Host had great communication and sent clear video instructions to help find apartment. Great location, over restaurants & across from a shop. The appartments are not the appartments in the first photos shown when you see the details for the property, but further down the road. The swimming pool & gym is an extra charge with a limit of 4 hours. Jorida in reception is super friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants & shops.

The apartment was beautiful with everything that we needed for a super holiday. The location was great and there are a number of supermarkets, nice restaurants and fruit sellers nearby. Jordina the Rooms manager was very kind and organised a driver to pick us from the airport which was wonderful. The apartment was very close to town and also next to a lovely park. I thoroughly recommend the Rooms for a stay in Tirana.

Very clean and spacious apartment, ideal for family stay. Location is good, with easy access into central Tirana , the nearby lake or getting out of town for excursions. Easy access to the park and to the Block. I love Tony’s restaurant and we went there twice. This property requires a lot of communication because you have to get the key from a lockbox and limited parking. Shower was confusing to operate. There’s an additional step to check in as well as to pay the tax, both further complicating things.

The staff was excellent! They were very helpful. They assisted me and getting a taxi to the airport and help me to go to the wellness center. The wellness center is an extra charge, but I hear you it is entirely worth it. They have wonderful spa, pool, hot tub, and full gym with everything you could need for a great workout. Our stay at the Apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. It is located in one of the best parts of Tirana, close to the amazing lake and all the shops which makes accessing everything much easier and so convenient if someone is looking for both sightseeing the city and spending some nature in the park. Apartment is very spacious with all needed facilities: all rooms are air conditioned which helps when the days get hotter. The communication with the reception staff is superb and all queries are answered very quickly. There is even option to leave the bags in the reception at check out if needed. Additional perk is the access to the swimming pool, gym and spa so whether for leisure, sightseeing or trying to get some quiet time, I can definitely recommend this place.

A great apartment. The space is large, the flat brand new and in a really nice complex. It was about a 30 minute walk to the tourist sites and there is a nice shopping area nearby with bakeries, grocery, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the appliances new, The only downside was the place is a little hard to find the first time, get your taxi driver to call in to get directions. The building is also a little empty with some construction going on, so it can occasionally be noisy, not too bad and only during working hours. Great place to stay, I recommend the apartment,

The Rooms - More than a Room

I would stay here again and again. Safe building, sturdy doors, hallway cameras, and no issues. This apartment has all of the essentials for a comfortable short-term or long-term stay Everything is new and feels quality. The apartment had a great view of the lake (4th floor) and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hosting staff are very kind and have excellent customer service. They were a pleasure to deal with. Great communication! Do not hesitate to stay at The Rooms...we will be back!

Immaculate. Spacious perfect for family of 4. Close 15-20 minutes walk to centre. Would recommend. Lots of cafes underneath apartments. But there is no pool and no gym as it describes on hotels. Com. Which is false advertising and very disappointingeven you get there with kids and the reason you booked it. You will get an email from the premises to say you will be charged extra £15 each to use these facilities. When we were there this facilities were not even available. Pool Empty and gym equipment outside, as they had been bought by another company. Staff member was helpful and it was not her fault. But it definitely should not say on the hotel .com that there is a pool, a spa or a gym. Very disappointed about that.

I had a one week stay at The Rooms in May. Initially I'd booked March but due to London Heathrow closing and flight cancellation, I requested a change of date. It was a chaotic time with 150,000 flight cancellations and while Expedia were very helpful and managed to change my flight they said that wasn't possible to change dates for the accommodation so I contacted The Rooms direct. They were incredibly helpful, even though it was a last minute request, and changed the booking for me. The apartment was smart and well equipped, with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. There's a small supermarket providing most things you'd need in the courtyard, and a corner shop opposite with some fresh fruit and veg, as well as some larger shops and market stalls 5-10 minutes walk. Access to the sports centre is nice. The gym is excellent and pool is lovely, though a bit too busy for my liking. There are some decent coffee shops etc around the area too. The team managing the property was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive; mostly via WhatsApp. For me perhaps the best thing is the location, being across the road from the lake - a beautiful place to walk and watch the sunset in the evenings. A big thumbs up for The Rooms, I'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Took a taxi from Tirana bus depot and the driver dropped us off outside this big complex of apartments, If the host didn’t come out to greet us any take us to the appartment then we would have struggled to find this appartment. The host was lovely and explained the entrance and showed us the appartment which was like a Ikea showroom, as there were so many pictures on hotel.com we were confused to which one we would be getting, and the one we got was inside complex facing, the disappointment I faced was I couldn’t sleep at night as there was no headboard and having a head injury I kept worrying I don’t hurt my head, I did request for extra pillow which I was ignored by the host. The appartment was well equipped with everything and very clean, clean hallway, one of the days noise was an issue as work going on in the block. I booked this thinking swimming pool was included but it isn’t, we were told we have to pay for it and also whilst booking city tax was included and showed in the booking stage as included and later we learned from our host and she contacted hotel.com and was told it needs to paid so to save argument after having a enjoyable time in Tirana I paid 13.5 Lek (£13.50) city tax, one thing I learned no is to double check before proceeding to payment, booking what’s included, Overall it’s a clean appartment, modern outlook and buses and taxis are available outside, and some nice food places nearby, and a lake for evening walks.

The room was clean with the sofa bed already set up, the hosts were really quick to respond via WhatsApp at any time of day. The washing machine and dishwasher were easy to use and the Aircon worked well too.
