"This was our first time visiting the state of Alabama, we came down to visit Alabama state. Debra, Dakita and the kitchen staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure that our check in was prompt and smooth. "Our room did not have a mini fridge, and the shower water never got hot. The restaurant had good food, but the service was unpredicatable (excellent once, and awful the next time). The elevator was extremely slow to arrive. Also had to pay for valet because hotel parking for free was basically non-existent. "
