"The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff."

"We were there just for a place to sleep. Everything seemed good to go. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Was going to arrive later so I called the front desk and spoke to Rosie, she was awesome on the phone and at check-in. Hope I spelled her name correctly. "

"I reserved a room with a king size bed online. By the time I checked in later that day I was told that my room was already given away. I was given a room I don’t want and was given no discount for the inconvenience. Hotel was dirty and even though I smoke weed, the smell of it coming from the hallways wasn’t appropriate. Pretty sure there was a “lady of the night” hosting get togethers there while I was there. If you stay here, good luck and lock your car doors!!"
