The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable enough, too! I really liked the pillows, they were very soft. Our experience with the service was not great though. We asked for another pillow and she argued with us that we already had 4. It was apparently a big ask. Then we were woken up at 8am by housekeeping. There was no “do not disturb” sign or door hanger to prevent the rude awakening. I had requested a late checkout for noon, which I had to ask for twice because the first receptionist hadn’t entered it. Plus, my error, I didn’t realize there was no breakfast served.

Excellent hotel in St. Cloud area

This Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice new property in pristine condition. There is an adjacent restaurant which we didn't need, but would have been very convenient. The location is excellent.
