The Saint Paul Hotel
Valet and people at the front door were very nice and attentive. Check in and front desk- business like but brisk. Not mean but weren’t friendly and didn’t go out of their way to be pleasant. Very weird! Beautiful hotel. Very special hotel.

Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis / Downtown
We checked in online and were able to pick our rooms on the same floor, which was great! However, when we got there, they gave us a different room on a different floor away from our group because the computer wasn’t working they said.
