The staff members were so friendly and helpful! We moved to another hotel and forgot our phone/cable chargers. We called back and the staff found it in our room and delivered it to us at our new hotel at no charge. Now that is outstanding service! Kudos to a great staff!

Staff were so friendly, place is close to lot of happening place. Good breakfast menu with good view. We couldnt find time to use pool, but it was looking great. Good stay overall.

The location is unbeatable—right in the Old Quarter, close to the famous Train Street, yet perfectly quiet once you’re inside. This hotel proves that luxury is not only about the building or the décor, but also about the way people make you feel. Here, I felt cared for, celebrated, and at home.
