"Almost all of the staff were great except for the person taking the calls for room service. Less than friendly, very rushed and sounded annoyed. Could be she was having a bad day, but when dealing with guests, you should fake it till you make it (to the end of your shift). Other than her, the stay was lovely, nice room and the view of Piedmont Park was amazing. Even saw Stone Mountain from my room in the far distance. "

"It is right in the middle of downtown so it’s close to everything. They have dining areas downstairs which is convenient. A bit pricey but saves you from driving or ordering out. Parking has a fee and the parking garage was a bit difficult to navigate at first. There’s also no swimming pool and no breakfast included. Wi-Fi is pretty fast and the room was nice. They are pet friendly which was a blessing but there’s a fee which you would be familiar with as a pet owner most places charge anywhere from $25-$100. The staff was the best part, they were all friendly and accommodating. Overall, if you’re looking for somewhere close to downtown I would recommend for a stay. "
