"No words… we will talk… but no phone, no lights… light bulbs that didn’t work… but no lights or even shades tv didn’t work… drug dust on top of fridge that didn’t work. The drawers LITTERALLY HAD NO BOTTOM… LIKE YOU OPEN ALL THREE AND YOU SAW THE FLOOR! Drug residue every where. Touch in sink… Tate tub covered in… well I don’t know but they were moving. I would have called down but no phone again… people litterally hanging out grilling outside… .. not guest people that lived there… was litterally like a tentament… and then had the audacity to charge me 10 for a dirty towel… they said it was so dirty that they were going to have to throw it away. Therefore, they were gonna have to charge me for it. It was so dirty because I tried to clean or wipe the grime off of the floor, which did not come off and left the towel the one towel covered in nastiness, and because they couldn’t tell what was on the towel I was charged for it. these pictures are literally of a different place that was dumping on the bed. The air conditioning didn’t work. The blinds were falling off, and if she had not told me that it was their last room after I had already booked a room many many hours earlier because I checked in so late they gave my room away because it was late quote. note they told me I had till midnight to show to check in and this was at 11. She said I said well I didn’t check in or out. Expedia and I will speak because this was beyond unsanitary, this was health inspector needed"
