"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Condesa hotel on our first trip to Mexico City. The staff were outstanding—Jaime in particular went above and beyond, and concierges Gustavo and Salvador were incredibly helpful with tips and bookings. Breakfast was delicious with attentive service, and the location was perfect: safe for evening walks and surrounded by great dining options. We can’t wait to return!"
